• How to find a mentor from professional organisations
Mentors are nurses who have either become NPs or who have had education sessions with the Nursing Council and NPAC-NZ. A mentor will assist with the application process, including the development of a portfolio.

This tool kit guide (pdf,1Mb) is to help nurses and /or health administrators to develop a business case for funders or purchasers for the role of a Nurse Practitioner.
It was developed by members of the Nurse Practitioner Advisory Committee – New Zealand (NPAC-NZ)1 as part of their strategic aims.
